eCircle ltd. stores the data entered by you when registering on mytestdrive.co.uk (title, first and last name, email address, postal address, gender, birth date, marital status and other data relating to the subject matter/profession) and processes and uses this information for transfer to the diligently selected competent cooperation partners (as mentioned on the registration site) for your advice and contact by email as well as for relating newsletters and complementary promotional information by e-mail. Our competent cooperation partners (e.g. insurance agents, insurance advisors or insurance companies) will contact you and help you free of charge and without any legal obligation to find an appropriate insurance. In addition, eCircle ltd. also stores, processes and uses your usage data (IP address, time and type of e-mail opening and page request) in connection with the aforementioned advertising for promotional purposes and uses this information as the basis for usage profiles. Based on this data, we are able to customise the advertising in line with your specific needs, send you system news in your language and mail regional offers to you. Other than to the cooperation partners and to eCircle AG (Germany), we will not pass your data on to any third parties.

If you prefer, you can use an alias instead of your real first and last name; however, to receive appropriate advice we kindly ask you to provide appropriate data only.
Provided that you have given your consent at registration, the cooperation partners will also contact you by telephone / SMS for the purposes outlined above.

Please note that eCircle ltd. will not be responsible for the way your personal data is handled by the cooperation partners.

5. Security

eCircle ltd. takes all necessary technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data from loss or misuse. Your data is stored in a secure operating environment that is not accessible by the public. However, we will pass on your data to the cooperation partners in an unencrypted format.

6. Right of revocation and right to information

You can, at any time, view the personal information covered by your consent and the wording of your consent given when you registered with mytestdrive.co.uk in your profile. You can revoke your consent to the storing of your data and its processing for the specific purposes at any time by, for example, sending a brief e-mail to team@mytestdrive.co.uk. Your entire profile will then be deleted from our database.

At the end of every newsletter, you'll also find a link to the deregistration page.
